John and Cynthia Neet
Deep in our hearts you'll always stay, loved and remembered every day.

Ch Kate Baby Kate

Retired Ch Kate, Hard at Work in her 2nd Career at the Office
Ch. Danatlbrk M K Danaher at Neet was John's very first champion show dog. She was handled from start to finish by Mr. Dick Schaefer and was an excellent teacher for people learning how to handle their dogs. Kate was always sweet and loved everyone she met. Kate had cancer which metastasized to her lungs. She was in our arms while she was humanely sent on to the Rainbow Bridge. She will be sorely missed by her dog companion, Presley, and her human companions and staff at the office.

Dam to 11 Champions - A very special and sweet girl
Eden's death was completely unexpected. She was showing symptoms of digestive upset and we took her to the vet. (our normal vet was out of town). He x-ray and suggested emergency surgery due to a blockage. The surgery revealed that she did not have any blockage, but did discover that she had a bacterial infection in her intestines. She was put on IV medication and injections daily during vet visits to treat the infection and keep her hydrated and relieve her nausea. As of 7/13/15, she was doing great. Eating fine, playing... almost back to 100%. She was great... until she wasn't... She went outside to potty and came back having problems breathing, shaking and collapsing. She suffered for about 15 minutes until she tragically died.
A necroopsy was performed and the vet diagnosed the cause of her death to be a pulomonary embolism (bloot clot) that was most likely due to her surgery. She had an echocardiogram recently (OFA) and her heart was excellent with no murmurs, no arrhythmia, no leaks... perfect heart. The vet determined that her cause of death was neither a heart nor an electrical issue. Blood clots after surgery are problems for dogs, just like for people. Eden was a super strong girl who was too young to die.
We are heartbroken.

6/2004 - 9/2014
Grandpa Archi died in his sleep, very peacefully, in our bedroom, on his doggie bed. We are so sorry to lose him, but grateful to have had him in our lives for over 10 years. He is the sire, grandsire, and great grandsire to our puppies and has champion and grand champion progeny. We will miss him so much and wish him peace at the Rainbow Bridge.

8/6/05 - 10/29/13
We lost Sarge to multiple health issues. He had pneumonia after being tubed for bloat (he had an emergency gastropexy at the age of 9 months old), he had neurological myelopathy, so, he was not able to recover mobility after the illness.

We Will Always Love You and Miss You Forever
COD: Two masses on her liver that made her bleed internally.
It turned out to be Hemangiosarcoma (cancer)
Hemanciocarcoma is a very fast-acting cancer that gets spread metastastically throughout the body and there is no cure or treatment and it is found in all breeds of dogs. It causes internal bleeding (usually found on the spleen) and spreads. There is research going on because it is found in every breed and is thought that environment has an influence (plastics/pvc). Also, there are statistically significant findings that there is a significant increase in Hemangiosarcoma when bitches are spayed. We did spay Rokkari later in life and we are heartbroken.
We did everything to save our beautiful 9 year old Veteran Girl, but there was already too much blood loss
We are devastated
Rest in Peace and Keep On Hunting Those Lizards!

(2002-2010)
We Lost Sweet Sable on 10/31/10 due to Gastric Torsion.
Sable had been diagnosed with Megasophagus earlier in the year during her first torsion episode. She received a gastropexy at that time.
Sable was a rescue that turned out to be John's very first show dog.
We will miss her terribly and so will all of her friends...

Shasta - We Rescued Her and Gave Her a Few Months of a Good Life...
Shasta had pancreatic insufficiency, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, and several other medical conditions that impaired her ability to have a happy life. We let her go to the Rainbow Bridge instead of suffer further indignities...
Quincy (12 years old) and Darro (13 years old)
Our Rescues that we let go to the Rainbow Bridge in 2009 when they were ready...

Sunny...So Loved and So Missed...(12/99 - 8/03)
Sunny died of complications from severe digestional issues. She torsioned at the age of 17 months, and her spleen torsioned later, after a gastropexy. She continued to bloat after recovery and bloated 12 times in one week while at the specialty hospital. Two of those bloat episodes occurred while she was under anesthesia. She was never bred and is not a part of our current breeding program or pedigrees.
Losing Sunny broke Cynthia's heart and it took a very long time to heal
Of Course, we have lost many more beloved dogs than we can list on this page, (especially since we have been so involved in rescue), but the above dogs held very special places in our hearts...and were the most recent..
We Miss You All
